   This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Mervis Jewellers and is valid from 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025, inclusive.
   
2. Offer Details
   The Offer includes a 20% discount on selected jewellery pieces, as marked instore and online.
   The discount applies only to the designated promotional items and is not transferable to other products.
   
   
3. Exclusions This Offer excludes:
   Custom-made jewellery or special orders
   Repairs, resizing, or cleaning services
   Gift vouchers
   Lay-bys and previously purchased items
   Items not specifically marked as part of the promotion
   
   
4. Eligibility
   The Offer applies only to purchases completed within the promotional period. 
   Stock is limited and available while supplies last.
   
   
5. Payment Terms
   Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
   This Offer is not available on credit or lay-by accounts.
   
   
6. Returns & Exchanges
   Standard return and exchange policies apply.
   Refunds or credits on promotional items will reflect the discounted purchase price only.
   
   
7. General Terms

8. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with this Offer will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
